Baran, a certified systemic coach (IHK) and mediator with a background in French Philology and Gender Studies, draws on his rich multicultural upbringing and his professional experience in teaching, hospitality, and project management to guide learners with authenticity and compassion. Having personally navigated the complexities of cultural identity as a Third Culture Child, he offers his services in German, English, French, Turkish, and Italian. Baran is deeply committed to empowering others through empathetic teaching and tailored life coaching.
Tomer, certified as a trainer by the German Chamber of Commerce (IHK) and as a career coach (QRC), blends his broad professional background in tourism, finance, environmental conservation, and real estate with practical insights gained from his own experience relocating from Tel Aviv to Berlin. Fluent in German, English, and Hebrew, Tomer excels in guiding professionals to confidently integrate and succeed in new cultural and professional landscapes, utilizing his expertise in project management, marketing, and change facilitation.
Together, Tomer and Baran embody the core values of empathy, inclusion, authenticity, empowerment, and transformation.
